Breathe out three times, even slow exhalations, normal inhalations.
See yourself in a miniature yellow submarine. The submarine has a light on top, a big window to view the surroundings, a propeller on the bottom and a vacuum hose on its side.
See yourself in your miniature submarine entering through any opening into your body…until you find yourself at the area of ill. where it lies. See the propeller swooshing gently back and forth, back and forth, gently and precisely cutting away the ill from the area. All the debris from the ill is sucked up by the vacuum hose. When you are finished, reverse the direction of the submarine, and exit out the body along the same route as you entered.
Breathe out one time and open your eyes.
Do this exercise three times a day, upon awakening, late afternoon, and before bed. The exercise should take between a few seconds and one minute.
